First Catch privacy policy

This policy covers First Catch, the game for iPad and iPhone made by Little Tools LLC. First Catch is made for children, and it is designed to collect nothing at all.

The short version

First Catch does not collect, store on any server, sell or share any information about the child playing it or anyone else. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party code that collects data.

No network connection

The game works entirely on the device and makes no network requests. It contains no links out of the app, no web pages and no in-app purchases.

What the game saves, and where

To remember progress, the game saves which fish have been caught, the fish in the aquarium, their growth, the in-game coins and the decorations bought with them. This stays on the device in the game's own storage and is never sent anywhere.

Children's privacy

Because First Catch collects no personal information, there is nothing for a parent to review or delete with us. This is consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR.

Deleting data

Deleting First Catch from the device removes everything it saved.

Changes and questions

If this policy changes, I will update this page and its date. For questions, email hello@littletools.co.
