Sip privacy policy
This policy covers Sip Water Reminder, the app for iPhone and Apple Watch made by Little Tools LLC.
The short version
Sip does not collect, sell or share any information about you. There is no account, no server, no advertising and no analytics. Everything Sip knows stays on your own devices.
What Sip stores, and where
Sip keeps the glasses you log, your reminder settings and your answers to reminders on your iPhone and Apple Watch. The two sync directly with each other using Apple's Watch Connectivity. We never receive this information.
Apple Health
If you allow it, Sip saves each glass you log to Apple Health as dietary water, and deletes it again if you undo that glass. Sip accesses dietary water only. Health data stays in Apple Health under your control. Sip never uses it for advertising or shares it with anyone, and you can turn off access at any time in the Health app.
Notifications and alarms
Reminders are scheduled on your devices as local notifications, or as alarms if you turn on alarm-style reminders. No reminder content leaves your devices.
Deleting your data
Deleting Sip from your iPhone and Apple Watch removes everything it stored. Water it saved to Apple Health stays there until you delete it in the Health app.
Children
Sip does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
